Il titolare mi ha chiesto al telefono se la borsa era in cuoio. Ho confermato che la borsa era in cuoio. Recatami in negozio, il titolare ha dato uno sguardo alla borsa e mi ha detto quanto segue: "Lei dice che è in cuoio, ma io non tratto prodotti simili" (con tanto di aria di sufficienza e sdegno, manco fosse l'amministratore delegato di Bottega Veneta, le quali borse e scarpe possiedo.) Pura presunzione e arroganza. Tutto ok con il non accettare di eseguire un lavoro. NON affatto ok la sua arroganza. Consiglio vivamente al titolare di indossare la mascherina nella sua bottega e di rispettare le regole. Per quanto riguarda pretendere un miracolo per fare sistemare la mia borsa - fatto e risolto tramite una bottega di livello MOLTO più alto, fra l'altro gestita da un gentiluomo educatissimo. Trattasi, in effetti, di una borsa in cuoio, cosa che il Sig. Bambulé non è stato in grado di capire. Per quanto riguarda il commento sul condividere il mio nome, come indice di eleganza, non prendo lezioni da chi non è qualificato a impartirle. Basta dire che sono una docente universitaria.
