Siamo passati oggi pomeriggio per acquistare una scarpa con una serie di caratteristiche , ci siamo messi qualche secondo per vedere alcuni modelli in vetrina , quando la commessa ci è passata di lato per posizionarsi fronte vetrina farmacia , non degnandoci nemmeno di un buongiorno . Siamo entrati e solo successivamente la commessa è entrata , mio marito aveva necessità di sapere solo due semplici informazioni tecniche poiché essendo preparatore atletico aveva necessità di alcune caratteristiche di peso e suola, la commessa non solo si è messa a ridere ma non sapendo questi dati ha risposto semplicemente con :” guardi il cartellino all ‘interno della scarpa” cosa che francamente mancava totalmente !!!!. Liquidandoci semplicemente così . Esperienza un po’ surreale , basterebbe studiare un po’ le caratteristiche per risultare professionali , purtroppo però l’educazione quella no non te la insegnano sui libri . In ogni caso ripasseremo in futuro nella speranza di ritrovare il ragazzo che ci aveva accolti in maniera impeccabile e professionale . Negative experience in every respect !!!. We passed this afternoon to buy a shoe with a series of features, it took us a few seconds to see some models in the window, when the saleswoman passed us to position herself in front of the pharmacy window, not even deigning to a good morning. We went in and only later did the saleswoman come in, my husband needed to know only two simple technical information because being an athletic trainer he needed some weight and sole characteristics, the saleswoman not only laughed but not knowing these data simply answered with: "look at the tag inside the shoe" which frankly was totally missing !!!!. Simply liquidating us like this. A somewhat surreal experience, it would be enough to study the characteristics a little to be professional, unfortunately, however, education is not taught to you in books. In any case we will come back in the future in the hope of finding the boy who had welcomed us in an impeccable and professional way.

Ci siamo soffermati davanti alla vetrina poiché mio marito era interessato ad un modello esposto . La commessa è passata ben due volte accanto a noi ignorandoci completamente posizionandosi fronte vetrina farmacia. A questo punto a dovuto attendere l’ingresso della commessa, per chiederle semplicemente delle informazioni tecniche su peso e caratteristiche della scarpa , alla quale la commessa non solo non è riuscita a rispondere , ma ridendo a semplicemente risposto con “ guardi il cartellino all interno” ( che ne era privo) liquidandoci in meno di due secondi !!!!. Credo che atteggiamenti e situazione del genere potrebbero essere tranquillamente evitati con un po’ di studio in più ed educazione . Principi alla quale nessuno dovrebbe esserne esente !!!
