★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Direi che offende la Romagna terra di accoglienza proprietaria sgarbata sgradevole non vedeva l'ora che me ne andassi non so che dire un posto peggiore non credo che sia disponibile. con questo ritengo Bertinoro luogo strepitoso semplice accogliente ma non questo, nel menu all'ingresso piadina farcita entro chiedo una piadina farcita mi chiede la proprietaria credo fosse lei come la volevo farcita rispondo col prosciutto crudo, la piadina grossa è disgustosa con una fetta di prosciutto quindi ordino anche un mezzo litro di vino rosso che è nella norma della qualità della zona quindi non faccio a tempo a mangiarmi questa piadina cattiva tutta mollica che la padrona già pestava i piedi perché andassi via ci sono luoghi ristoranti nella zona meravigliosi non fermatevi in questo posto qua.

Si mangia benissimo, in un borgo molto affascinante e con la più simpatica delle signore.
Menù a scelta quasi obbligata, tutto realizzato dalla proprietaria, ineccepibile: dalla piada alle tagliatelle.
Molto interessante notare sulle pareti le dediche di personaggi famosi di questi anni e di quelli passati. Bellissima esperienza

Le tagliatelle erano proprio come piacciono a me, spesse, la cottura era giusta ne scotta ne al dente in modo tale da poter sentire la consistenza della pasta. Il sugo non mi è rimasto ne pesante, né acido. Abbiamo concluso con affettati e piada (nella norma).

It was a very welcome culinary experience! The noodles were just as I like them, thick, the cooking was just right or al dente so that you can feel the consistency of the dough. The sauce did not remain heavy or acid. We concluded with cold cuts and piada (in the norm).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il locale è ancora come una volta. Lungo la strada principale di Bertinoro che porta alla piazza. Una volta entrati ci si immerge in una atmosfera di 30 o più anni fa. In più l'eccezionale cordialità della titolare, fa sentire come a casa. Il cibo è tutto casereccio e di ottima qualità. Le tagliatelle sono tuttora tirate a mano e non a macchina come fanno quasi tutti. Il prezzo forse è un pelo alto per il locale in cui si è, però credo che oggi sia raro trovare oggi locali di questo genere! Raccomandatissimo per chi cerca un pranzo casereccio.
The place is still like it used to be. Along the main road of Bertinoro that leads to the square. Once inside you are immersed in an atmosphere of 30 or more years ago. The noodles are still pulled by hand and not by machine as almost everyone does. The price is perhaps a bit high for the place you are in, but I think today it is rare to find such places today! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signora Norma ci ha proposto le sue apprezzatissime tagliatelle rigorosamente tirate a mano con mattarello condite con ragù "fatto come si deve"!! Dopo siamo passati ai tortelli fatti e conditi in modo magistrale alla Artusi. Per finire non potevamo dimenticare la piadina con salumi. Il tutto accompagnato da Sangiovese. Siamo contentissimi!!!
Mrs. Norma offered us her much appreciated tagliatelle rigorously hand-rolled with a rolling pin seasoned with ragù "done as it should be" !! After we moved on to tortelli made and seasoned in a masterly way at Artusi. Finally we could not forget the piadina with salami. All accompanied by Sangiovese. We are delighted !!!
