Divina Bistecca

Abbiamo cenato nella sala del inferno, devo dire che il posto è molto romantico, sicuramente più adatto per le coppie. Come antipasto abbiamo preso il tris di tartare, molto molto buono. La tagliata fritta è molto gustosa, e per quanto riguarda la Fiorentina con il filetto era davvero superlativa, la qualità si sente. Come dolce abbiamo preso la mattonella, buona! La signora al servizio molto a modo, si vede che lo fa con passione. Rapporto qualità prezzo, un po’ altino, ma onesto!! Se volete mangiare bene questo è il posto adatto!!

Ottimo! I love this word in italian, especially because it fits perfect to the great cuisine and the fantastic world of this beautiful and special restaurant in the lovely town of Bertinoro. It starts with the atmosphere and the very friendly and lovely way the lady of the house welcomes the guests, even if she hardly speaks english. Here smile and devotion for the good food and wines of the region are authentic and honest, she is the perfect host for a wonderful evening and for even greater dinner. She explained every dish in italian, talked with love about the special recipe and gave us the feeling to belong there. Besides that, she pay attention to details, is not pushy and respects some private space and in case a guest needs something special she is happy to help. The food - oh my god! There are no words good enough to describe the sensation of the food created by a very young Chef! We had a 6 course menu, every course a poem, we could not believe how good it was. One week later we are still talking about every course and the feelings connected to them. In addition to that, the view from the terrace over the Romagna, the beautiful decoration(every course was served with a special plate - the plates already are a highlight!) and the decent background music and the smell of trees and flowers around made the evening perfect. The combination of a 5 star class menu with the amazing welcoming service and the design of...almost everything - makes it "ottimo", every restaurant in the world will have to compete with the Divina Bistecca to the end of my life. Grazie mille for this experience! By the way, did I mention? - the price is also - "ottimo" . Every penny worth and I double that with pleasure next time.
