Ovviamente nel vecchio ingresso non è presente alcun avviso: ho dovuto “investigare” per scoprire questa informazione.
Quarta volta che vado, dopo 2 ore di fila, scopro che i liberi professionisti non possono pagare DENTRO la struttura (come TUTTI gli altri), ma devono andare al TABACCHI o alla POSTA. Semplicemente vergognoso.
Per quanto riguarda il personale, “incompetente” è un complimento.
Organizzazione da quarto mondo, darei 0 stelle se potessi.
Ho provveduto a segnalare il tutto all’Ufficio Relazioni con il pubblico.
The entrance is no longer in via del Ceppo 5, but in piazza Giovanni XXIII.
Obviously there is no notice in the old entrance: I had to "investigate" to find out this information.
Fourth time I go, after 2 hours in a row, I discover that freelancers cannot pay INSIDE the structure (like ALL the others), but must go to the TOBACCO or the MAIL. Simply shameful.
As for the staff, "incompetent" is a compliment.
Fourth world organization, I would give 0 stars if I could.
I proceeded to report everything to the Public Relations Office.
