★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allo sportello cup di Pietrasanta via Martiri di Sant’Anna, entrambi gli addetti maleducati ed arroganti, dico entrambi perché purtroppo per la loro inefficienza mi hanno fatto ritornare tre volte, rimbalzando un semplice cambio medico. Sono un uomo che era troppo impegnato a fare i suoi affari con il proprio cellulare e L’ altra addetta donna che tratta come ebeti i poveri pensionati. Sono figlia di una donna oramai anziana e vedere trattare così le persone in modo del tutto inappropriato fa davvero male. La prima volta pensavo ad un caso isolato ma tornata altre due volte ho capito che è il loro modus operandi, credo che qualcuno debba fargli capire che sono al pubblico, gentilezza ed educazione dovrebbero distinguerli nel loro lavoro!
At the cup counter in Pietrasanta via Martiri di Sant’Anna, both rude and arrogant employees, I say both because unfortunately for their inefficiency they made me come back three times, bouncing a simple medical change. I am a man who was too busy doing his business with his cell phone and The other woman in charge who treats poor retirees like idiots. I am the daughter of an elderly woman and to see people treated like this in a completely inappropriate way really hurts. The first time I thought of an isolated case but returned two more times I understood that it is their modus operandi, I think someone should make them understand that they are to the public, kindness and education should distinguish them in their work!
