Dopo più di un mese ancora non ho ricevuto il rimborso, nonostante numerose email (a cui non rispondono) e telefonate (a cui non rispondono). Unica soluzione recarsi fisicamente per sollecitare il rimborso. Personale maleducatissimo che rimbalza ogni volta le responsabilità. Assolutamente sconsigliato! Bad experience. Anche solo per farsi restituire la quota del corso è un'odissea, bisogna scrivere e-mail e sperare.. NON PAGATE NULLA PRIMA DI AVERE LA CERTEZZA CHE VENGA RAGGIUNTO IL NUMERO MINIMO DI PARTECIPANTI E CHE IL CORSO PARTA Quacks is an understatement. Chiedo se per cortesia si possa essere un pochino più gentili nel rispondere, la risposta è che debbo usare "decisamente meno parole". I corsi vengono fatti da tantissime associazioni, perché debbo avere a che fare con queste persone? Consiglio di cercare gentilezza e simpatia e vi assicuro che qui non c'è traccia di entrambe!!!
