Il personale dell’azienda si è sempre dimostrato professionalmente preparato. Molto soddisfacenti, in particolare, i contatti avuti con la sig.ra Barbara del settore commerciale, che ha sempre saputo risolvere, con rara competenza e pazienza, i problemi ed i dubbi che mi sorgevano dal preventivo alla fine dell’installazione ed inizi dell’attività di produzione. I have installed a photovoltaic system for a few months and I am satisfied with it so far. The company staff has always proved to be professionally prepared. Particularly satisfying, in particular, were the contacts with Mrs Barbara of the commercial sector, who has always been able to solve, with rare competence and patience, the problems and doubts that arose from the quote at the end of the installation and the beginning of the production activity.

Upsolar mi ha tenuto aggiornato anche in questo periodo di incertezza causato dal virus, per completare l'attivazione dell'impianto. Il prodotto installato mi sembra di ottima qualità e l'app per il monitoraggio dell'impianto è davvero carina. Sono quindi molto soddisfatto e la consiglio a chi vuole passare a una fonte di energia eco-sostenibile. Upsolar has proven to be a very serious and reliable company in all phases of plant installation, from the study of the project to the preliminary verification of the technician, from the installation of the panels to all the bureaucratic management. Upsolar has kept me updated also in this period of uncertainty caused by the virus, to complete the activation of the system. The installed product seems to me of excellent quality and the app for monitoring the system is really nice. I am therefore very satisfied and recommend it to anyone who wants to switch to an eco-sustainable energy source.

Ho trovato risposte e assistenza ad ogni mia domanda o richiesta immediatamente, documentazione seguita passo passo, tempistiche e attese rispettate in tutto. Il personale tecnico ha cercato di soddisfare tutte le mie esigenze laddove possibile, mentre il personale in sede o con il quale ho avuto continui contatti via telefono o mail è stato molto professionale e cordiale. Non potrei trovare note negative. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. High quality and very valid materials. I found answers and assistance to all my questions or requests immediately, documentation followed step by step, deadlines and expectations respected in everything. The technical staff tried to meet all my needs wherever possible, while the staff on site or with whom I had continuous contact by phone or email were very professional and friendly. I could not find negative notes.

Il personale che ha installato l’impianto sul tetto ha lavorato in sicurezza essendo ben equipaggiato con casco, funi per la caduta dall’alto. L’installazione è avvenuta in giornata senza intoppi. Chi ha lavorato sui cavi elettrici per installare inverter e batteria l’ha installato in modo ordinato e posizionato dove avevamo chiesto. Questo team ha lavorato con ordine pulizia e cortesia. Ci hanno seguiti anche per le pratiche amministrative di allaccio Enel e le pratiche Enea. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la tempestività (necessaria dato i tempi lunghi), la competenza e cortesia nel rispondere ai nostri dubbi. Consigliato!
