Al telefono non rispondono. Il loro sito internet dice da due giorni pacco in consegna e non ho ancora ricevuto nulla. Al call center NON ti aiutano, leggono a pappagallo quello che uno può leggere da solo . ALTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO COME CORRIERE.
They don't answer the phone. Their website has been saying parcel delivered for two days and I haven't received anything yet. At the call center they DON'T help you, they parrot what one can read alone. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED AS A COURIER.

In data 14 dicembre abbiamo ricevuto comunicazione di avvenuta consegna, senza avere nessuna notizia del pacco! Una volta contattato UPS, un primo operatore ha riferito di non sapere ove fosse il pacco; un secondo operatore invece ha riferito che il pacco "era sul camion per la consegna". In data 15 dicembre mia moglie (destinatario della spedizione) è stata contattata da un corriere Ups, il quale ha affermato che il pacco era stato rubato in quanto lasciato nell'atrio condominiale (!). Ha aggiunto che il problema era il nostro perché abbiamo un ladro nel condominio (!!). A questo proposito, segnalo che questa modalità di consegna Non era stata assolutamente concordata con il corriere e che nessun avviso di consegna era stato recapitato, né era stato autorizzato il corriere a lasciare il pacco nell'atrio. Nel frattempo, decine di telefonate al numero verde sono state una presa in giro : prima dicono che il pacco è in transito, poi che il reclamo può essere avviato solo dal mittente (sito tedesco). Una vergogna!!!!
On 14 December we received notification of delivery, without having any news of the package! Once contacted UPS, a first operator reported that he did not know where the package was; a second operator reported that the package "was on the delivery truck". On 15 December my wife (recipient of the shipment) was contacted by an UPS courier, who claimed that the package had been stolen as it was left in the condominium lobby (!). He added that the problem was ours because we have a thief in the condo (!!). In this regard, I point out that this delivery method was absolutely not agreed with the courier and that no delivery notice had been delivered, nor was the courier authorized to leave the package in the hall. Meanwhile, dozens of calls to the toll-free number have been a mockery: first they say that the package is in transit, then that the complaint can only be initiated by the sender (German site). A shame!!!!

PESSIMI- esperienza che assolutamente non mi aspettavo da UPS: non è possibile prenotare un ritiro con stampa dell'etichetta da parte del corriere a quanto pare, le spedizioni si possono pagare solo cash al ritiro a quanto pare, i ritiri a domicilio si possono fare pagando 2,44 in aggiunta ma secondo alcuni operatori al ritiro bisognerà pagare anche in contanti una cifra non definita ma secondo altri operatori i ritiri a domicilio sono sospesi per il natale, non il covid in caso.. la professionalità è nulla attualmente e purtroppo UPS ad oggi gode di una professionalità che non ha più

Ricevuto lettera recupero crediti dopo 1 anno e 2 mesi per una fattura di tasse doganali 53 euro (tasse di quale non mi è stato detto al momento del acquisto perché altrimenti non avrei acquistato l'oggetto), cifra che ho già pagato il 7 gennaio 2021 perché altrimenti il corriere non mi avrebbe dato il pacco. Inviato email (al indirizzo indicato da loro) con il pagamento, email non recapitato perché la loro casella postale troppo piena. Parlato con operatori serv clienti, il primo mi ha detto che lui non si occupa di queste cose, e devo chiamare di nuovo.., chiamato di nuovo mi ha detto che devo inviare email ad un altro indirizzo. Oggi ricevuta seconda lettera. Senza parole!... Spero che nel futuro non avrò mai più a che fare con UPS, eviterò più possibile! Pessimi!!!!!? Ci fate perdere tempo per un sbaglio VOSTRO!!!!!

LADRI. Ho spedito un pacco (un regalo di Natale) il 23 dicembre e sarebbe dovuto arrivare il 29 dicembre, dal 28 dicembre è fermo nella filiale di Bentivoglio. Chiamo il servizio clienti (ATTENZIONE A QUELLO ITALIANO PERCHÉ TI CHIUDONO IL TELEFONO IN FACCIA) chiedendo quando sarebbe arrivato dato che non è più presente una data di consegna, l'operatrice mi risponde che sarebbe arrivato a destinazione il 3 di gennaio. Ok, penso, ci sono le feste in mezzo, poi c'è ancora una pandemia in corso, va bene. Purtroppo del pacco ancora nessuna notizia...è da oggi che sto chiamando il servizio clienti, se dalla Tunisia (dove almeno puoi parlare) ti dicono le stesse identiche cose, dall'Italia invece ti chiudono il telefono in faccia direttamente e parte il "questionario". Non posso neanche compilare il modulo del reclamo sul sito perché non ricordo la password e non mi arriva la mail di notifica. Insomma! SERVIZIO PESSIMO. Dalla Cina mi sono arrivati dei pacchi in 14 giorni, QUATTORDICI GIORNI. Il servizio clienti poi è una presa in giro, non sanno neanche loro che pesci prendere e ti prendono in giro.
THIEVES. I sent a package (a Christmas present) on December 23rd and it should have arrived on December 29th, since December 28th it has stopped in the Bentivoglio branch. I call customer service (ATTENTION TO THE ITALIAN ONE BECAUSE THE PHONE IS CLOSED IN YOUR FACE) asking when it would arrive since there is no longer a delivery date, the operator replies that it would arrive at its destination on January 3rd. Ok, I think, there are parties in between, then there is still a pandemic going on, okay. Unfortunately there is still no news of the package ... I am calling customer service from today, if from Tunisia (where at least you can talk) they tell you the exact same things, from Italy instead they close the phone in your face directly and the " survey". I can't even fill out the complaint form on the site because I don't remember the password and I don't receive the notification email. In short! BAD SERVICE. Parcels arrived from China in 14 days, FOURTEEN DAYS. Customer service is a joke, they don't even know which fish to take and they make fun of you.

Unfortunately I am having by for the worst shipping experience of my life with UPS in Italy. I sent my expired UK passport (along with my Italian passport) to the UK for renewal with UPS a month ago. The package sat in Bologna for 2 weeks without moving so I requested it just be returned to me in as I was running out of time with travel plans approaching. Two more week on, the package is still sat there, and every call we make (must be over 20 calls by now) we are told it will be looked into but nothing changes. On top of that, the customer service staff are usually rude and defensive rather than expressing any empathy, and seem to have no genuine interest in helping. They are just clock watching until they can go home it seems. I have had to cancel my trip, lose money for flights, order a new passport and unbelievably I paid them for this service. Don't ever use them. A disaster of a company, and honestly I'm staggered that they are functioning profitably. Check their TrustPilot reviews for more of the same.

After multiple promises of contacting me regarding my shipment 'for updates', I received nothing. For over a month my package was held in customs waiting for additional documentation they never asked me to provide. My package was then sent to the wrong location! I tried to send another package at the same time to a different place - Unfortunately the computer at UPS didn't understand changing a delivery address and the parcel was RETURNED to my home country despite calls pleading with them not to do this. When the parcel was returned home there was an item MISSING from the shipment, they even told me it was 'due to damage'. Coincidental, how the only thing very valuable in the shipment was 'damaged' and was removed. I think they stole it! I will NEVER EVER EVER use this company again - they are an absolute scam and their prices don't compensate for the time and energy you'll spend to beg them to do their jobs.
