A parte ciò la cucina è buona ma non eccezionale, bisogna però tenere conto che tutto ciò che si mangia qui è biologico, e questo fa inevitabilmente lievitare i prezzi ! Lo consiglio per provare qualcosa di diverso una volta tanto ! Nice little place, small but not too cozy, since often you are alone to eat and you can feel everyone's eyes on you. Apart from that the kitchen is good but not exceptional, but we must take into account that everything we eat here is organic, and this inevitably raises prices! I recommend it to try something different for once!

È stato quotidianamente il mio punto di riferimento per colazione e merende a Salerno. Personale molto cordiale ed accogliente, in particolare Roberto per gli ottimi consigli delle colazioni ed anche per indicazioni nelle escursioni . Buonissima la torta cioccolato e cannella! Ottime anche le conserve bio locali di loro produzione, dalla passata, ai sughi e tanto altro selezionato con grande cura. Consigliatissimo!!! Pleasant place in central Salerno with excellent centrifugal breakfast, fruit skewers, dried fruit, vegan desserts and much more. It was my reference point for breakfast and snacks in Salerno daily. Very friendly and welcoming staff, especially Roberto for the excellent breakfast recommendations and also for excursions. The chocolate and cinnamon cake is delicious! The local organic preserves of their production are also excellent, from the past, to the sauces and much more selected with great care. Highly recommended !!!

È situato in un punto strategico di Salerno, l'inizio di via Mercanti, quindi nel pieno della zona pedonale della città. In attesa di provare il cibo( ha anche dolci) posso segnalare un unico punto che mi ha lasciato un po' con l'amaro in bocca: è vero che la frutta è biologica e di qualità ma in centrifugato di quelle dimensioni sarebbe stato prezzato più correttamente tra i 3.50 ed i 4 euro. I tried a fruit extract and it was very good, the owner is kind and sociable and the place clean. It is located in a strategic point of Salerno, the beginning of via Mercanti, then in the middle of the pedestrian area of the city. Waiting to try the food (also has sweets) I can point out a single point that left me a bit 'with a bitter taste: it is true that the fruit is organic and quality but in the centrifuge of that size would have been priced more correctly between 3.50 and 4 euros.

I took the salad to go and he put it in a wrong way in the bag and knocked over the olive oil for everything. Wow, what a bad experience ... not recomend

Went back for breakfast the next day, getting a fresh juice using the organic vegetables I picked out - 5 euros. A little plate of nuts / goji berries came free. If you like healthy food go here for a snack!

The guy serving us took his time and guided us to several places in the Salerno area that we should visit. If in Salerno go here for a cup of coffee or light lunch:)
