★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi siamo andati a fare acquisti da uplà Mega Store e la commessa che ci ha servito veramente gentilissima e bravissima. Ha indovinato le taglie solo guardando mia figlia. Consiglio a tutti il negozio e la commessa riccia (anche se non so il nome). Ci andrò più spesso. ?
 Today we went shopping at uplà Mega Store and the saleswoman who served us was very kind and talented. She guessed the sizes just by looking at my daughter. I recommend to everyone the shop and the curly-headed saleswoman (even if I don't know the name). I will go there more often. ?

Quando tocca a me e le chiedo dei pantaloni particolari che avevo già più volte comprato da loro mi dice di tornare con un paio in modo da vedere il codice e provare ad ordinarli. Torno,. Trovo un altra ragazza che mi dice che non si può fare nulla che loro non lavorano così. Vado ad Altavilla, mi dicono che mi chiamano perché ne hanno forse un paio da un altra parte. Tutto tace. Veramente zero professionalità , si salva solo per la qualità dei prodotti .
On Sunday morning only one saleswoman who works with so many people. When it's my turn and I ask her about the particular pants that I had already bought several times from them she tells me to come back with a pair so I can see the code and try to order them. I'll be back. I find another girl who tells me that nothing can be done that they don't work like that. I go to Altavilla, they tell me they call me because they maybe have a couple elsewhere. Everything's quiet. Truly zero professionalism, it is saved only for the quality of the products.

Tornerò sicuramente a trovarla per altri acquisti.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condivido volentieri la mia soddisfazione perché non è stato solo un acquisto ma una vera e propria esperienza. Sono stata accolta,seguita e coccolata, cosa oramai molto rara in un mercato dominato da catene low cost self service. Sono una cliente difficile, tirchia, che acquista raramente e con un armadio monocromatico (sempre se il nero si può definire un colore)eppure sono uscita con diversi capi anche colorati, sforando non troppo dal budget. Ho trovato in Terry una passione che oramai non si vede più nei negozi e una disponibilità che va oltre il suo lavoro. Grazie di tutto.
I gladly share my satisfaction because it was not just a purchase but a real experience. I was welcomed, followed and pampered, which is now very rare in a market dominated by low cost self service chains. I am a difficult customer, stingy, who rarely buys and with a monochromatic wardrobe (always if black can be defined as a color) yet I came out with different garments, even colored ones, not overshooting the budget. I found in Terry a passion that is no longer seen in stores and an availability that goes beyond his job. Thanks for everything.
