★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale cordiale e ben preparato, ho comprato delle creme per il viso e sono stato seguito nella scelta che si addiceva di più al mio tipo di pelle. Si vede che l'intento del personale non é quello di vendere ma quello di consigliare al cliente il prodotto che si addice di più alle sue esigenze, senza considerare troppo il marchio. Ci ritornerò sicuramente in futuro anche per altre cose
 Friendly and well trained staff, I bought some face creams and was followed in the choice that best suited my skin type. We see that the intent of the staff is not to sell but to recommend the customer the product that best suits his needs, without considering the brand too much. I will definitely return in the future for other things as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono giorni che provo a contattare telefonicamente il punto vendita per verificare la disponibilità di un prodotto ed evitare magari un viaggio a vuoto dato che non sono della zona, ma nessuno risponde. Ho provato a diversi orari ma nessuno mi ha mai risposto. Il numero di telefono è corretto in quanto parte la segreteria Sephora ed è quello riportato sul sito ufficiale. Mancanza di professionalità da parte del personale.
These are days that I try to phone the store to check the availability of a product and avoid maybe a wasted trip since they are not in the area, but no one answers. I tried several times but no one ever answered. The phone number is correct as of the secretariat Sephora and is reported on the official site. Lack of professionalism by the staff.

Ragazze gentilissime è molto pazienti nel farti provare diversi profumi con tanto di sorriso gentilezza simpatia nel seguirti nella scelta del profumo ideale per i propri gusti..!!! Un ringraziamento speciale alla ragazza di nome Vittoria bravissima che mi ha seguito nella mia scelta ed è riuscita a farmi uscire fuori dal negozio contento soddisfatto dell'acquisto fatto partecipando con consigli, descrizione dei profumi, e tester e molta molta simpatia gentilezza portandomi alla mia scelta finale..!!! Mi ha raccontato la mia esperienza in Sephora Palladio...!!!
Super super super I don't have another adjective to describe this perfumery .. !! Very kind girls is very patient in letting you try different perfumes with a lot of smile, kindness, sympathy in following you in choosing the ideal perfume for your tastes .. !!! A special thanks to the girl named Vittoria very good who followed me in my choice and managed to get me out of the shop happy satisfied with the purchase made by participating with advice, description of perfumes, and testers and a lot of sympathy kindness leading me to my choice the final..!!! He told me about my experience in Sephora Palladio ... !!!
