Besucher können auch einen Blick in den Ziegenstall werfen. Unbedingt sehenswert. Small farm shop with very delicious goat cheese, other local treats and a cosmetics line containing goat whey. Visitors can also take a look at the goat shed. Definitely worth seeing.

La qualità dei prodotti è eccezionale. L’unica pecca è la mancanza del POS. Located on the road leading from Rio Pusteria and Valles, this dairy with an adjoining farmhouse has a retail outlet offering a wide range of local dairy products, mainly goat's milk. The quality of the products is exceptional. The only flaw is the lack of the POS.

Personale disponibilissimo anche se impegnato nelle attività produttive. Solo 4 stelle perché i prezzi sono, a mio parere, un po' elevati considerando che ci si reca da loro per l'acquisto (e sono in una valle chiusa quindi non ci si passa per caso). I prodotti caseari sono disponibili anche sotto vuoto in porzioni anche piuttosto piccole da 250 grammi circa. Very fragrant and delicate raw milk goat cheeses, with an excellent balance of salt that does not cover the sweetness of the milk. Staff very helpful even if engaged in production activities. Only 4 stars because the prices are, in my opinion, a bit high considering that you go to them for the purchase (and they are in a closed valley so you don't go there by chance). Dairy products are also available vacuum packed in fairly small portions of about 250 grams.
