★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant la Falda is a must go if you're visiting the Nebrodi Parks, it's a top level quality restaurant, the quality and presentation of the dishes proposed is simply astonishing.
You'll experience typical sicilian dishes brought to a superior level which I've found only at La falda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have just had dinner in this restaurant. I was not sure what to expect, but it was one of the best dinners that we have had in a few years. Additionally, the service was excellent and the wines that were recommended were great quality and a fair price.
It is a bit out of the way, but if Michelin ever decided to pass by, they are well worth a mention.
We will return the next time we are in Bufano, which is nearby.
