Ingredienti e materie prime che denotano cura e ricerca, accostamenti interessanti in una cucina "tradizionalmente" mediterranea. Vini ottimi e ben selezionati, in una zona dove è ancora troppo difficile trovare vino naturale o biologico. Bravo il proprietario, coraggioso e appassionato! Excellent dinner in a welcoming environment. Ingredients and raw materials that show care and research, interesting juxtapositions in a kitchen "traditionally" Mediterranean. Wines good and well selected, in an area where it is still too hard to find natural and organic wine. Bravo owner, brave and passionate!

Abbiamo preso spaghetti al nero di seppia e seppie in zimino, entrambe ottime. Abbiamo concluso con una crostata di arance amare fatta in casa e devo dire che ci è piaciuto tutto. Tra l'altro il proprietario aveva battuto 5€ (al posto di 4) per la crostata, ma mi ha ridato l'euro scusandosi senza nemmeno che me ne accorgessi. Di sicuro ci torneremo! Highly recommended! We happened upon it by chance last night, fascinated by the simple and relaxed look of the place. We had spaghetti with cuttlefish ink and cuttlefish in zimino, both excellent. We concluded with a homemade bitter orange tart and I have to say we loved it all. Among other things, the owner had beaten € 5 (instead of 4) for the tart, but he gave me back the euro apologizing without even noticing. For sure we will be back!

Secondo punto forte: il vino, le birre e le grappe! ( sì ai piccoli produttori e sì ai vino bio e biodinamici!) Un grande grazie ed un abbraccio al personale che ci accoglie dalla prima volta ad oggi con gentilezza, competenza e voglia di raccontare i propri piatti senza invadere il cliente! In soldoni, credo basti dire che da quando hanno aperto non ho mai fatto così spesso Genova-Savona, Savona-Genova! What can I say, if you are looking for a tavern where everything - from the pasta itself to the caramel of the dessert - is handmade, not frozen and above all prepared according to the seasonality of the ingredients, this is the place that I would recommend to anyone who leaves home with this idea without knowing in which hands it will happen! Second strong point: wine, beers and grappas! (yes to small producers and yes to organic and biodynamic wines!) A big thank you and a hug to the staff who welcome us from the first time to today with kindness, competence and the desire to tell their dishes without invading the customer! In a nutshell, I think it suffices to say that since they opened I have never done Genoa-Savona, Savona-Genoa so often!

A	Andrea Cuius on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic and easy going, the menu is traditional with a twist but without being pretentious, simplicity is key. They have a great selection of natural wines. Unlike most of the other touristic restaurants in the area, this is a cosy place serving honest food. Highly recommended. Make sure you try the home made panna cotta!
