Sowohl die klassischen Mehlsorten als auch Mehlmischungen für Brote und Kuchen sind vorhanden, auch Dinkel, Manitoba und alte Getreidesorten sowie glutenfreie Mehle wie Reis und Kichererbsen.

Excellent outlet of the Molino Moras. Wide choice of flours and various ingredients, especially for bread, but not only.
Since I've known them (them) I make my own bread with excellent results.

Ottima selezione di farine di diverse tipologie per tutti i gusti ed esigenze. Speriamo di poter tornare presto da voi per seguire qualche altro bel corso: quelli sulla pizza e sui biscotti erano davvero interessanti e ben costruiti! Grazie
A nice shop "like those of the past", welcoming and with trained staff, kind and willing to give advice, qualities that I think are fundamental at this time. Excellent selection of different types of flours for all tastes and needs.
