★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un tavolo e quattro sedie della serie Milton. Una si è completamente rotta a causa di un errore di costruzione (colla e perni di tenuta). Alla mia telefonata al servizio assistenza di Viterbo mi è stato risposto che è successo solo raramente!!! Anche una sola volta è troppo, la signora che era seduta sulla sedia, cadendo di botto a terra, poteva farsi molto male. Dopo due mail e due telefonate Unopiù non ha dato segni di vita. Mi aspettavo che volessero capire il difetto per porvi rimedio.
Ora non mi fido a sedermi sulle tre sedie ancora sane!
 I purchased a table and four chairs from the Milton series. One has completely broken due to a construction error (glue and holding pins). To my call to the Viterbo assistance service I was told that it happened only rarely !!! Even once it's too much, the lady who was sitting on the chair, falling suddenly to the ground, could hurt herself. After two emails and two phone calls Unopiù gave no signs of life. I expected them to understand the defect to remedy it.
Now I don't trust myself to sit on the three still healthy chairs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il responsabile del negozio è una persona molto gentile e competente. Mi ha dato degli ottimi consigli per arredare il mio terrazzo. Peccato che questo negozio abbia poco personale perché sarebbe stato bello potersi fermare di più per scegliere tutto nei minimi particolari, ma la coda dietro di me diventava sempre più lunga. Tornerò sicuramente per definire il mio ordine.
The store manager is a very kind and competent person. He gave me some great tips for decorating my terrace. Too bad this store has little staff because it would have been nice to be able to stop more to choose everything in detail, but the queue behind me became longer and longer. I will definitely come back to define my order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile telefonare, poco esaustivi nelle risposte tramite email: mancano i cuscini di 2 divani che sarebbero dovuti arrivare ad inizio mese. Tutto imputato all' emergenza covid, nessuno ci dice con chiarezza quando potremo usare i nostri divani. Non provano neanche a contattare telefonicamente. Il saldo, lo hanno chiesto.
Impossible to phone, not exhaustive in the answers via email: there are no cushions for 2 sofas that should have arrived earlier this month. All attributed to the covid emergency, nobody tells us clearly when we can use our sofas. They don't even try to contact by phone. The balance, they asked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima: comprato 14 anni fa fioriera doppia lunga 2.5m di legno con graticcio. Il fondo ha ceduto perché i supporti del legno del fondo non erano stati neanche trattati con impregnante e tenuto fermo da ferramenta, chiodi ,viti,staffe non zincato. Esternamente bellissimo impregnato in autoclave ma in realtà un vero imbroglio, con quello che era stato pagato. Un vero schifo, apparenza costosa senza vera sostanza.
Ho visto la vostra risposta, il cognome probabilmente usato per l'acquisto era di mio marito, Destri.
La foto allegata si riferiva a 2 pezzi di legno sul fondo dei vasi e purtroppo non ho allegato la foto della ferramenta completamente arrugginita ne corrosa.
Dalla vostra risposta si desume poi che le fioriere non sono previste durare piu' di 14 anni. In ogni caso, confermo che le barre longitudinali sul fondo non erano impregnate.
Detto questo, mio marito ha ricostruito il fondo delle fioriere e abbiamo impermeabilizzato con una vernice siliconica apposta, che vi consiglio di usare se ancora producete fioriere.
Bad experience: bought 14 years ago 2.5m long double wooden planter with trellis. The bottom gave way because the wood supports of the bottom had not even been treated with impregnating and held in place by hardware, nails, screws, non-galvanized brackets. Outwardly beautiful soaked in an autoclave but in reality a real scam, with what had been paid for. A real crap, expensive appearance with no real substance.
I saw your answer, the surname probably used for the purchase was my husband, Destri.
The attached photo referred to 2 pieces of wood on the bottom of the vases and unfortunately I have not attached the photo of the completely rusty or corroded hardware.
From your answer it follows that the planters are not expected to last more than 14 years. In any case, I confirm that the longitudinal bars on the bottom were not impregnated.
That said, my husband rebuilt the bottom of the planters and we waterproofed them with a silicone paint on purpose, which I recommend using if you still make planters.
