★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tra le peggiori palestre di Milano: attrezzi di oltre 30 anni, usurati e logori. Panca senza un pezzo della seduta. Fredda, con spogliatoi degli anni 60 senza alcun intervento di manutenzione. Prezzi folli (70 euro al mese e 40 euro di iscrizione): CHIUSA I WEEK END!!!
 Among the worst gyms in Milan: tools over 30 years old, worn and worn out. Bench without a piece of the seat. Cold, with 60's changing rooms without any maintenance. Crazy prices (70 euros per month and 40 euros for registration): WEEKENDS CLOSED !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da ormai 10 anni mi affido ad Alex e Neve per la mia preparazione fisica e dopo aver tentato varie palestre, posso affermare che Universo Personal Trainer è un ambiente che ti fa sentire a tuo agio, molto professionale e allo stesso tempo amichevole. Non vedo l'ora che riapra la palestra per rimettermi in forma dopo 3 mesi di lockdown!!! Bravi Alex e Neve!!
For the past 10 years I have been relying on Alex and Neve for my physical preparation and after trying various gyms, I can say that Universo Personal Trainer is an environment that makes you feel at ease, very professional and at the same time friendly. I can't wait to reopen the gym to get back in shape after 3 months of lockdown !!! Well done Alex and Neve !!

I went to Alessandro because I had been suffering from low back pain for three months and he got me back on my feet with just a few sessions. Thanks to him I went back to training properly !! I highly recommend !!
