★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ringrazio per la tempestiva risposta.Come le dicevo sono assunta full time a tempo indeterminato e ho trasformato il mio rapporto di lavoro da tempo pieno a tempo parziale con scadenza quadriennale,la mia azienda vuole revocare il mio part-time alla scadenza,non intende rimodularlo bensì annullarlo.La sua risposta che questo non può avvenire unilateralmente é valida pur essendoci una scadenza? Thank you for your prompt reply.As I told you I am hired full time indefinitely and I have transformed my employment relationship from full time to part time with a four-year term, my company wants to withdraw my part-time when it expires, it does not intend reshape it but cancel it. Is your answer that this cannot happen unilaterally valid even though there is a deadline? Thank you so much for your professionalism.

È possibile richiedere un consulto ad avvocati competenti sia di persona sia a distanza a prezzi molto convenienti. Io ho chiesto un consulto tramite il servizio 'Fai una domanda' inviata la sera e dopo poche ore avevo la risposta. Grazie!
I discovered this service a bit by chance and I think it needs to be advertised! It is possible to request a consultation from competent lawyers both in person and remotely at very affordable prices. I asked for a consultation through the 'Ask a question' service sent in the evening and after a few hours I had the answer. Thank you!
