Ho bisogno di perfezionare la regolarizzazione della rinuncia agli studi per poter fare una nuova iscrizione ad altro ateneo il prima possibile e nessuno è in grado di rispondere alle mie email o alle mie chiamate seppur inviate in orario di apertura. È vergognoso! Secretariat does not exist. I need to complete the regularization of the withdrawal from studies in order to be able to make a new enrollment at another university as soon as possible and no one is able to answer my emails or my calls even if sent during opening hours. It is shameful!

Soprattutto dopo che si paga la retta universitaria, non è ammissibile un servizio del genere. SCANDALOSI. A real SHAME.
