Per chiedere delle informazioni su come arrivarci all'interno, le persone che ci lavorano sembrano cadute dalla Luna, malapena dando delle indicazioni ed erano anche scocciati, alla fine ho chiesto ad una signora che aspettava fuori con il cane e mi ha saputo indicare la strada. Il personale allo sportello lascia desiderare...mi ero presentata per fare una visita e mi sono recata all'accettazione. Le due signore erano impegnate a sbrigare delle pratiche...dopo qualche istante...una delle signore dice "Che vuole la gente?!" a voce bassa. Non sono i modi, i tempi e neanche le situazioni felici per comportarsi così. Siamo in un ospedale, già le persone non vanno volentieri, cosa costa essere un po' più gentili? La prossima volta eviterò questo posto.
I'm sorry, I wouldn't even give a star. To ask for information on how to get there, the people who work there seem to have fallen from the moon, barely giving directions and they were also annoyed, in the end I asked a lady who was waiting outside with the dog and was able to show me the way . The staff at the counter leaves something to be desired ... I had come to pay a visit and I went to the reception. The two ladies were busy with paperwork ... after a few moments ... one of the ladies says "What do people want ?!" in a low voice. They are not the ways, the times and not even the happy situations to behave like this. We are in a hospital, people are not happy already, what does it cost to be a little kinder? Next time I will avoid this place.
