Se siete iscritti o avete intenzione di iscriversi è qui che passerete parecchie ore cercando di risolvere i disagi scatenati dalla disorganizzazione dell'Orientale. Qui c'è la segreteria, ma ci sono anche gli uffici del rettore, le presidenze di facoltà, gli uffici amministrativi e dirigenziali e le aule per seguire i corsi. In tutto i piani sono dieci. Al primo di questi c'è un bar con un'ampia terrazza che affaccia su via Marina e da cui si può ammirare il mare. Il quinto piano è dedicato al Cila (Centro Interdipartimentale di servizi Linguistici ed Audiovisivi), dove gli studenti possono esercitarsi a perfezionare la conoscenza delle lingue. Il Cila, inoltre, è anche sede della web radio universitaria. Palazzo del Mediterraneo is the youngest site of the L'Orientale University, younger as a construction, but also as an acquisition by the university.
