★ ★ ★ ★ ★ provato ad acquistare un telaio mediante vendita a distanza, quindi comunicando via mail e telefono: un disastro, zero di zero (assenza ad appuntamenti telefonici accordati, carenza totale di informazioni riguardo i prodotti) totale impreparazione nel gestire le richieste ed esigenze del cliente.
Alla fine ho lasciato perdere, i telai saranno ottimi ma da un punto di vista organizzativo l'azienda lascia totalmente a desiderare.
tried to buy a frame by distance selling, then communicating via e-mail and telephone: a disaster, zero of zero (absence of agreed telephone appointments, total lack of information regarding the products) total lack of preparation to manage the customer's requests and needs.
In the end I gave up, the frames will be great but from an organizational point of view the company leaves something to be desired.
