★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi mi sono visto chiudere la porta in faccia alle 12.59 (orario del mio smartphone) mentre stavo entrando, la Sig.ra che ha chiuso si è affrettata ad arrivare sulla porta prima di me e poi mi ha fatto un cenno di discolpa allargando le braccia! Superfluo ogni altro commento.
 Today I saw myself closing the door in my face at 12.59 (my smartphone time) as I was entering, the lady who closed hurried to get to the door before me and then she made a gesture of exculpation by spreading her arms ! Any other comment is superfluous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono passata x pagare il bollo auto....proprio vero come ovunque basta solo pagare.....personale presuntuoso che si lamenta davanti all utenza.....che siano felici che hanno un lavoro sicuro...al caldo in inverno e al fresco in estate....la signora in questione molto arrogante si è ammorbidita solo pagando le informazioni che avevo chiesto(ovviamente inerenti al bollo auto erano criptate.....arroganti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è possibile che nell'ufficio centrale ACI Prato vi sia solo una persona a ricevere per svolgere le mansioni richieste. Va bene la pandemia, ma il servizio deve essere reso ai richiedenti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hò provato prendere un appuntamento online collegandomi con SPID ad ogni ora differente.. com'è possibile che non dà possibilità di prenotare perché è sempre tutto pieno per fare un passaggio di proprietà?è sempre tutto pieno tutto il mese di Ottobre? Và bene tutte le restrizioni x Covid 19?Guarda caso sul portale ACI Point preso l'appuntamento x Giovedi 8.. mi sà che qualcosa non torni.
