★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato in questo ufficio per un passaggio di proprietà in seguito all'acquisto di un motoveicolo usato. Il personale è stato rapido e competente. Si paga tutto in sede e non c'è bisogno di portare nulla oltre i documenti di acquirente, venditore e veicolo.
I went to this office for a change of ownership following the purchase of a used motor vehicle. The staff was quick and knowledgeable. You pay for everything on site and there is no need to carry anything beyond the buyer, seller and vehicle documents.

Ecco dove vanno a finire i nostri soldi, paghiamo gente come questa!
Mi rivolgerò a striscia la notizia chiedendo un intervento di Luca Abete in modo tale che se è possibile, faranno un servizio a livello nazionale così tutta Italia vedrà quanto è efficiente il servizio clienti del PRA di Benevento. Vergognatevi dal responsabile fino all'ultimo operatore!

I will address the news by asking for an intervention from Luca Abete so that if possible, they will do a service at a national level so all of Italy will see how efficient the customer service of the Benevento PRA is. Shame on you from the manager to the last operator!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indirizzo leggermente sbagliato a parte. mi "prenoto" alle 10:45, mi presento alle 10 e 30, il signore al citofono "eh devi ancora aspettare 15 minuti" intanto si vedeva benissimo che dentro non c'era nessun cliente. Infatti si stavano girando i pollici, chi giocava col telefonink, chi giocava a carte etc etc.
Slightly wrong address aside. I "book" at 10:45, I show up at 10 and 30, the gentleman at the intercom "eh you still have to wait 15 minutes" meanwhile it was clear that there was no customer inside. In fact they were twiddling their thumbs, those who played with the telephone link, those who played cards etc etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio clienti inesistente non risponde nessuno ne al telefono ne via mail non si riesce a prendere un appuntamento dal servizio online se ci si reca agli uffici non vi aprono manco la porta si comunica tramite un citofono a distanza dal quale sono capaci solo a fare lo scarica barile per le proprie incompetenze vergognoso.
Per un estratto cronologico di un autoveicolo storico mi sono dovuto rivolgere al PRA di campobasso fuori regione dove sono stati cordiali e disponibili dandomi tutte le informazioni del caso.
Non meritano manco una stella sono stato costretto a darla per pubblicare la recensione.
Non-existent customer service no one answers by phone or by e-mail you cannot make an appointment from the online service if you go to the offices they don't open the door you communicate via a remote intercom from which they are only able to download it barrel for their own shameful incompetences.
For a chronological extract of a historic motor vehicle I had to contact the PRA of campobasso outside the region where they were friendly and helpful giving me all the necessary information.
They don't deserve a star, I was forced to give it to publish the review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’incompetenza fa da padrona. Capisco la difficoltosa burocrazia italiana ma qui si rasenta il ridicolo e l’assurdo. Per completare il passaggio di proprietà di due veicoli c’è voluta quasi mezza giornata per la totale incompetenza ma soprattutto totale mancanza di volontà. Sembrava fosse il primo passaggio di proprietà della loro vita. Non sapevano nemmeno dove e come inserire i dati nel portale…. Eppure siamo in un agenzia che DOVREBBE fare soprattutto questo genere di pratiche. Poveri noi.
Incompetence reigns supreme. I understand the difficult Italian bureaucracy but here it borders on the ridiculous and the absurd. It took almost half a day to complete the transfer of ownership of two vehicles due to total incompetence but above all total lack of willpower. It seemed to be the first change of ownership of their life. They didn't even know where and how to enter data into the portal…. Yet we are in an agency that SHOULD do this kind of practice above all. Poor us.
