★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile parlare a telefono con questi signori, se hai bisogno di chiedere una semplice informazione sei costretto a chiedere un giorno di permesso da lavoro e andarci di persona.
Vergogna prendete lo stipendio migliore del mio sicuramente, e non vi degnate nemmeno a rispondere a una semplice telefonata.
Vergogna vergogna
 Impossible to talk to these gentlemen on the phone, if you need to ask for simple information you are forced to ask for a day off from work and go there in person.
Shame you take the best salary of mine surely, and you don't even deign to answer a simple phone call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ufficio pubblico che chiude alle 11.30 e già questo fa capire molto. Arrivato alle 11:32 non mi hanno dato nemmeno la possibilità di chiedere un'informazione (dato che non rispondono mai al telefono ero andato apposta). Quindi, nonostante i dipendenti ci "lavorino" solo 3 ore al mattino sono scorbutici, lenti e incompetenti. Tutto in pieno stile "città" di Avellino insomma. Povero Sud Italia.
Public office that closes at 11.30 and this already makes us understand a lot. Arriving at 11:32 they didn't even give me the opportunity to ask for information (since they never answer the phone I had gone on purpose). Devo ritornare lunedì mattina, altri 60 km. E rientrare altri 60 km totale 120 + 120 = 240 km

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevo sostituire la patente poichè al rinnovo della stessa , per un loro errore, i dati erano inesatti.L'operazione richiedeva un minuto al massimo,ebbene l'attesa ,una volta allo sportello, è stata di 40 minuti. L'operazione complessa dell'operatore era , come ho constatato, prelevare da una scatola di cartone la patente valida e consegnarmela. Servizio pessimo. Unica nota positiva: la guardia giurata all'ingresso è stata cortese e efficiente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vergogna, sto chiamando da una settimana e non risponde mai nessuno, mi sono recata all'ufficio x evere una semplice informazione ma ci vorrebbe un'intera mattina visto l'afflusso di gente..... Ringrazio la motorizzazione di Salerno che ha risposto al telefono e in 30 secondi ha soddisfatto la mia richiesta ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sportelli aperti solo tre giorni a settimana. Ogni sportello ha una sua funzione dedicata, quindi ad uno c'è una fila lunghissima e gli altri sono fermi. Gli impiegati poco preparati su nozioni di base (mi ha detto di farmi fare la delega da mio figlio minorenne!!! Cose da pazzi). Quest'ufficio è rimasto a venti anni fa!!
Branches open only three days a week. Each counter has its own dedicated function, so one has a very long line and the others are stationary. The employees poorly trained on basics (he told me to let my underage son do me the proxy !!! Crazy stuff). This office remained twenty years ago !!
