Dopo innumerevoli volte che ho bussato alla porta, mi ha aperto un ruspante ragazzotto dicendomi: Mittici nà preta per bloccare a porta. Arrivato finalmete allo sportello mi hanno detto: scusi sono finiti i numeri e' putiti scrive 'ngoppa a no' foglio e li date agli altri. Alla fine hanno aperto uno sportello in più e la signora ha passato tutto il tempo lamentandosi dicendo: nato ppoco mi mettono a fare le pulizie. Mi sono divertito molto!! la prossima volta ci porto la famiglia. I came back after years of working abroad just to find out if I was still registered. G	Giuseppe de piano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chi lavora al CPI dovrebbe dare una mano a chi non lavora. Tutto ciò non accade ,ma soprattutto c'è nell'ufficio di Avellino una maleducazione assoluta. Sembra quasi che il cittadino fornisca un servizio agli impiegati di quel centro. Una vergogna. Those who work at the CPI should lend a hand to those who do not work. All this does not happen, but above all there is an absolute rudeness in the Avellino office. It almost seems that the citizen provides a service to the employees of that center. A shame.

Mi sono recato stamattina 11/09/2019 presso questo centro per l'impiego poiché mi occorreva il patto di servizio per iniziare a lavorare (lavoro trovato da me). L'addetto allo sportello non sapeva nemmeno cosa fosse il patto di servizio, sosteneva insistentemente che fosse il DID che avevo già fatto, comunque sia ci ha fatto salire sopra dalla responsabile (Signora Luongo) che in modo molto sgradevole ci ha liquidato dicendo che per il patto di servizio occorreva tempo e ne fanno massimo 3 al giorno, dovevamo prendere un appuntamento. Sono rimasto davvero schifato quando siamo andati al centro per l'impiego di Salerno e ce lo hanno fatto in 5 minuti, era davvero solo la stampa di un foglio che deve compilare il datore di lavoro stesso (campi bianchi, quindi figuriamoci). Fortunatamente avendo il domicilio a Salerno il centro dell'impiego di Salerno mi aveva nei suoi archivi e mi ha potuto aiutare. Sono veramente schifato e arrabbiato, procedero' affinché si possano prendere provvedimenti, per quanto vale la mia opinione da cittadino. I put 1 star because 0 can't. I went to this job center this morning as of 9/11/2019 because I needed the service agreement to start working (work found by me). The desk clerk didn't even know what the service agreement was, he insisted that it was the DID I had already done, however it made us get on top of it (Mrs Luongo) who in a very unpleasant way dismissed us saying that for the service agreement took time and maximum 3 per day, we had to make an appointment. I was really disgusted when we went to the employment center of Salerno and they did it in 5 minutes, it was really just the printing of a sheet that the employer himself must fill out (white fields, so let alone). Fortunately, having its domicile in Salerno, the Salerno employment center had me in its archives and could help me. I am really disgusted and angry, I will proceed so that action can be taken, as far as my citizen opinion is worth.

Non è bello aver bisogno e doversi rivolgere a chi è sgradevole. Invece, mi sono dovuta ricredere alla grande! Ho trovato una gentilezza, una disponibilità e una professionalità, unite al desiderio di essere veramente di aiuto, che mi hanno fatto bene al cuore. Ho parlato con tre persone diverse, ma tutte e tre unite dalla stessa cortesia. Great experience. I had read the reviews before going to the center and I was a little worried. It is not nice to need and have to turn to those who are unpleasant. Instead, I had to think again great! I found a kindness, availability and professionalism, combined with the desire to really help, they made me good for the heart. I spoke with three different people, but all three of them united by the same courtesy.

C	Carlo Pasquale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono residente nel comune di roccabascerana, questa mattina sono andato per verificare delle cose al centro per l'impiego di Cervinara, l'ente più vicino a me, ieri verificando sul sito l'orario e i giorni di apertura, mi diceva che questa mattina dalle 8:30, alle 12:05 era aperto. Sono andato e o trovato chiuso, allora mi dite che cavolo esiste a fare questo sito? Poi fuori la porta, c'è scritto ke e aperto il mercoledì, giovedì, e venerdì. Allora se avete stabilito questi giorni, cortesemente aggiornate il sito che la gente non può perdere tempo dietro di voi. Quindi cercate di assumere gente competente, e no queste persone che non hanno voglia di lavorare I am a resident of the municipality of Roccabascerana, this morning I went to check things at the employment center of Cervinara, the closest body to me, yesterday checking the opening hours and days on the site, told me that this morning from 8:30, at 12:05 it was open. E	E V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si chiama centro per l'impiego e nemmeno chi di dovere deve lavorare lì è competente. Chiamate su chiamate per ricevere informazioni e lasciano squillare. Dopo l'ennesima telefonata staccano il telefono e risulta occupato. Quando mi accingo a raggiungere il centro non avevo la possibilità di entrare per test che stavano effettuando. Alle mie richieste di spiegazioni mi hanno saputo solo rispondere "non sappiamo, non è nostra competenza". 10 sportelli disponibili, ci sono solo 3 persone ognuna ad uno sportello con persone una sull'altra ad attendere il proprio turno. Efficienza minima. Penso che abbiano paura di perdere il loro posto di lavoro, se qualcun'altro facesse richiesta, a questo punto (per fare di tutto per evitare che qualcuno entri nello stabile). Non do1 stella per non essere troppo cattivo e menefreghista, anche se dando 2 stelle ho già aumentato la valutazione media che ha questo centro. Dovrebbero esserci controlli continui. La gente non ha voglia di avere un posto di lavoro! It is called an employment center and not even those who have to work there are competent. Call upon call to receive information and let it ring. I don't give 1 star for not being too bad and careless, even if by giving 2 stars I have already increased the average rating that this center has . There should be continuous checks. People don't want to have a job!
