Peccato per i tempi di lavorazione, che restano accettabili quando non si lavora. The staff who followed me were really good and prepared. They made themselves available. Arriva gente dopo di te che come per magia ha bigliettini con numero progressivo più piccolo nonostante tu abbia visto che il numero lo ha preso dopo di te. Ci vuole organizzazione e controllo. A real crap they can't even give the service sequence cards. People come after you who, as if by magic, have cards with a smaller progressive number, even though you saw that the number was taken after you. It takes organization and control.

Pochi sportelli, fila disorganizzata senza neanche un numero di arrivo o prenotazione, in più gli impiegati sono uno scandalo, impreparati e maleducati all' ennesima potenza. In particolare c' é la responsabile al primo piano che é una megera, urla contro chiunque e sbatte la porta aggressivamente in faccia ai malcapitati utenti. Ma è possibile che l' ufficio chiuda ufficialmente alle 12 e già alle 11,30 non chiamino più le persone in fila da ore e le mandino via in malo modo? Da chiamare i carabinieri! Poverini sono stressati gli impiegati. Andate a lavorare in fabbrica o nei campi e non in un ufficio statale a contatto col pubblico e poi vediamo se vi passa l' isteria! Ed imparate l' educazione e la civiltà: siete al servizio dei cittadini, non ad intralcio! Very bad, I gave a star but I should have given 0 or even less.
