Staff prepared, kind and helpful. I went there for a series of dressings and always found nurses to talk to was easy, never in a bad mood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E un posto non professionale. Non sono per niente accomodanti con i pazienti. Non capisco c a cosa servono le due operatrici nel gabbiotto inutili. Io sono in terapia perenne con farmaci salvavita avendo diverse tipologie negative per la mia salute. Oggi sono passato per consegnare un foglio con 7 tipi di medicinali da consegnare alla mia....dottoressa che era li a tre metri da me! Risultato mi hanno detto che devo contattare il numero verde visto che chiamo da cellulare con conseguente consumo economico sulla mia scheda telefonica . Io ero lì non cercavo una visita ma solo che mi consentissero il foglio della richiesta dei medicinali alla dottoressa. Tutto questo mi ha fatto stare male. Sono andato via senza medicinali. Mi fanno schifo tutti il quel posto.
It is an unprofessional place. They are not at all accommodating to patients. I don't understand what the two useless operators in the booth are for. I am in perennial therapy with life-saving drugs having different types of negative for my health. Today I went to deliver a sheet with 7 types of medicines to be delivered to my .... doctor who was there three meters from me! Result they told me that I have to contact the toll-free number since I call from a mobile phone with consequent economic consumption on my phone card. I was there I was not looking for a visit but only that they would allow me the sheet of the request for medicines to the doctor. All this made me feel bad. I left without medication. They all make me sick of that place.
