Nella Vs risposta, affermate che l'acconto è stato versato ad Energy Lab.
Del lavoro di progettazione della Energy Lab, non ho ricevuto nessuna documentazione, anzi, dopo sopralluogo del loro tecnico, nessuno si è più degnato di darmi alcuna comunicazione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unisolar ci ha installato l'impianto FTV e pompa di calore ACS nella nostra abitazione.
Il consulente che ci ha seguito, si è dimostrato preparato ed ha formulando una proposta ad hoc in base ai nostri consumi effettivi ed abitudini.
Sia il personale sia dell'ufficio che i montatori si sono dimostrati disponibili e particolarmente attenti nella fase esecutiva nel non sporcare o rovinare le aree d'intervento della nostra casa.
Pur di rispettare i tempi previsti, non essendo disponibili i moduli previsti in contratto, ne hanno installato altri di qualità e prezzo superiori, senza chiedere nessuna differenza.
Ottima esperienza, che mi sento di consigliare vivamente!

In order to respect the deadlines, as the modules provided for in the contract are not available, they installed others of higher quality and price, without asking for any difference.

Nonostante ci sia stato comunicato verbalmente che la ns proposta d'ordine per l'impianto fosse stata accettata, successivamente dopo mesi ci comunicano di non poter svolgere il lavoro. L'ufficio tecnico non da spiegazioni, lo studio che si occupa delle pratiche non è raggiungibile in alcun modo. Trovo alquanto strano firmare una lettera di incarico ad un professionista irraggiungibile telefonicamente. Le normative non sono cambiate da un giorno all'altro, questa azienda si è impegnata in troppi lavori che non ha potuto portare a termine. È vero che le consegne dei materiali sono in ritardo, ma non più di tre mesi. Il commerciale è stato cortese, ma purtroppo l'azienda non ha soddisfatto le aspettative. Giulia -architetto

The regulations did not change overnight, this company engaged in too many jobs that it could not complete. It is true that deliveries of materials are delayed, but not more than three months. In soli 2 giorni ha montato l'impianto e poi sono tornati per il collaudo ENEL che è avvenuto senza nessun problema. Il nostro impianto funziona a meraviglia con produzioni superiori a quanto atteso. Prodotti di elevata qualità e servizio impeccabile.
Unisolar Group with precision and professionalism installed a large system on our warehouse. Tutto il personale dai posatori ai dipendenti degli uffici tecnico/amministrativi e ai titolari un ringraziamento per la gentilezza e la disponibilità con cui mi hanno seguito e supportato e un ringraziamento particolare al consulente che mi ha saputo consigliare l’impianto più adeguato per la mia casa. I risultati si vedono già dai primi mesi di produzione, anche se siamo in inverno l'impianto produce bene e riesco a utilizzare tutta l'energia della batteria. Consiglio
