Sehr liebevolle und ehrliche Verkäuferinnen, wir wurden rundum gut betreut. Endlich habe ich ein wunderschönes Kleid für einen wichtigen Anlass gefunden. Und mein Mann wurde auch sehr schick eingekleidet! Das war mal ein Erlebnis! Ich und mein Mann freuen uns auf nächste Mal. Wow, I love this shop! Unique fashion - as the name "UNIQUS" already says. Very loving and honest sales assistants, we were well looked after all round. Finally I found a beautiful dress for an important occasion. And my husband was also very well dressed! That was an experience! Me and my husband are looking forward to next time.

Il personale è competente e gentile e molto disponibile a dare consigli e a far indossare i capi con l'obiettivo di farti trovare esattamente quello che ti rende felice e che fa al caso tuo Nice shop with different duvets than usual and well made. Chiedo confezione regalo... neanche se avessi chiesto una donazione di sangue! Niente di più complicato! Busta doppia spillata... nastro rovinato per l'incapacità della commessa di stendere un nastrino... eppure ci vuole così poco!!!! Alla cassa dopo aver pagato e dopo essere uscita mi rendo conto dell'aver pagato 39,90€ per una sciarpa che aveva un prezzo in sales a 19.90€! Lo faccio notare rientrando...mi dice che lo sanno ma non battono ciglio. Una vergogna! Incompetenza. Scortesia. E mi fermo qui. Bad orders. Bad false advertising! I enter a stand with scarves for € 19.90, I decide to think and buy the one I like best. I ask for gift wrapping ... even if I asked for a blood donation! Nothing more complicated! Double stapled envelope ... ribbon ruined due to the inability of the saleswoman to spread a ribbon ... yet it takes so little !!!! At the cashier after paying and after leaving I realize that I have paid € 39.90 for a scarf that had a sales price of € 19.90! I point this out when I come back ... he tells me they know it but they don't blink. A shame! Incompetence. Unkindness. And I stop here.
