Il titolare Tommaso è sempre molto disponibile e pronto a venirti in contro per ogni tua richiesta, le due signore( Luisa e Alessandra ) sempre molto gentili, disponibili e sorridenti, l’unica nota negativa per cui nn do le 5 stelle è per il Signore che trova alla scrivania a dx,

La clientela entra, guarda e risponde sempre al cell privato snobbando i clienti che ha davanti....
Trovo questo comportamento molto maleducato e poco professionale!
Per tutto lo il resto dello STAFF i miei complimenti!!!!

The owner Tommaso is always very helpful and ready to come to you for all your requests, the two ladies (Luisa and Alessandra) always very kind, helpful and smiling, the only negative note for which I give the 5 stars is for the Lord located at the desk on the right,

I find this behavior very rude and unprofessional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, nessuna assistenza, dopo tre mesi dall'apertura di un sinistro per un danno ad un televisore causato dal mio cane, dopo diverse telefonate, reclami, sono state fatte ben 4 perizie...non so ancora nulla e nessuno sa dirmi qualcosa.
Bad experience, no assistance, after three months of opening a claim due to damage to a TV caused by my dog, after several phone calls, complaints, 4 expert reports were made ... I still don't know anything and nobody can tell me anything .
