★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato in questo centro Enel due volte per delle problematiche riscontrate con la chiusura di un vecchio contratto e una nuova voltura.
Una volta sono stato seguito da Simona e l'altra da Valentina, entrambe si sono dimostrate gentili, educate e soprattutto COMPETENTI. Inutile dire che hanno guadagnato un cliente in più (seppur rompiscatole) per il resto della mia permanenza in Enel. Questo nuovo store fisico è sicuramente molto utile per poter avere un punto di riferimento e ricevere supporto di vario genere, inoltre è anche facile da raggiungere essendo praticamente in centro a Brugherio. Sono sicuro di potermi affidare alla loro professionalità e cordialità per eventuali future necessità!
I was in this center Enel twice to the problems encountered with the closing of an old contract and a new perfector.
Once I was followed by Simona and the other by Valentina, both proved to be kind, polite and above all COMPETENT. Needless to say, they gained an extra customer (albeit a nuisance) for the rest of my stay at Enel. This new physical store is certainly very useful to be able to have a reference point and receive support of various kinds, it is also easy to reach being practically in the center of Brugherio. I'm sure I can rely on their professionalism and friendliness for future reference!
