Direi tutto bene finché non hai la sfortuna di subire in tre anni la rottura della conduttura dell'acqua, un furto e un danno da eventi atmosferici allora diventi cattivo cliente e non rinnovano più la polizza. Do tre stelle perché i rimborsi li ho avuti però ci sono rimasta molto male perché con loro ho polizza vita, polizza auto, polizza infortuni e avevo anche polizza casa.
I have been insured with this company for over 10 years and have taken out various policies with them. I would say everything is fine until you have the misfortune of suffering a rupture of the water pipe in three years, a theft and damage from atmospheric events then you become a bad customer and they do not renew the policy anymore. I give three stars because I got the reimbursements but I was very disappointed because with them I have life insurance, car insurance, accident insurance and I also had a home insurance policy.
