Molto lenti nell'invio di un preventivo di rinnovo, su richiesta e dopo sollecito. Alla fine ho stipulato polizza con altra compagnia per 100 euro di differenza, con gli stessi massimali, franchigie e valori.
High prices, but understandable, given the "physical" office with utilities and staff to pay.
Very slow in sending a renewal quote, on request and after a reminder. In the end I took out a policy with another company for a difference of 100 euros, with the same ceilings, deductibles and values.
