Dopo anni di assicurazioni stipulate via internet, passando davanti a quest'agenzia UnipolSai, ho pensato di entrare per chiedere un preventivo per una mia nuova assicurazione auto. Ebbene, al contrario delle mie previsioni, mi è stato proposto un contratto molto competitivo che ho subito accettato. Il costo è risultato "leggermente" superiore rispetto ad un mio precedente preventivo on-line, ma il fatto di poter interagire "fisicamente" con una persona estremamente disponibile e gentile, con la possibilità di un supporto per qualsiasi casistica (senza dover scrivere mail o dover avere lunghe attese al telefono), mi ha più che convinto ad iniziare una collaborazione con loro che sicuramente si svilupperà anche per assicurazioni e prodotti extra automobilistici.
Who said that online insurance is the most advantageous? After years of insurance taken out via the internet, passing in front of this UnipolSai agency, I thought about going in to ask for a quote for my new car insurance. Well, contrary to my expectations, I was offered a very competitive contract which I immediately accepted. The cost was "slightly" higher than my previous online quote, but the fact of being able to interact "physically" with an extremely helpful and kind person, with the possibility of support for any case (without having to write emails or having to have long waits on the phone), has more than convinced me to start a collaboration with them that will surely also develop for insurance and extra automotive products.
