Avere a che fare con loro è davvero una brutta sorpresa... polizza scaduta da quasi un mese.... si fanno vivi solo ora, chiedo i dettagli perchè non è arrivato nulla, non mi mandano i dettagli, ma le coordinate di pagamento, con sollecito..... telefono, personale maleducato e indisponente, che mi chiede di richimare per parlare con la collega piuttosto che lasciare un appunto o parlarsi tra di loro.... Tanti auguri.... a chi ci avrà a che fare... io pago e disdetto subito. Disorganization, rudeness and unavailability.
