★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stati impeccabili, nulla da dire . Mi hanno sostituito il parabrezza e sistemato la telecamera. L unica nota stonata,la tempistica. Passano tre settimane prima che chiamano per portare l auto. Per fortuna il mio parabrezza non era molto danneggiato. Altrimenti erano problemi seri.
They were impeccable, nothing to say. They replaced the windshield and fixed the camera. The only discordant note, the timing. Three weeks pass before they call to bring the car. Fortunately, my windshield wasn't badly damaged. Otherwise they were serious problems.

Unica nota dolente é che ho organizzato per ritirare la macchina alle 12:30, peccato che a quell'ora chiudono e sono stato trattato in malo modo dai dipendenti in officina in quanto l'impiegata era via e secondo loro chiudevano e sarei dovuto tornare dopo pranzo. Prossima volta cercate di organizzare i ritiri prima della chiusura oppure direttamente dopo pranzo così da non dover "riprendere" i vostri clienti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un oversessantenne, appassionato di auto da sempre, esigente quanto basta verso i mezzi di prestigio che fortunatamente ho avuto modo di possedere. Essendo un cliente UnipolSai, a causa di una sassata, ho dovuto sostituire il parabrezza della mia A45 AMG presso l'UnipolGlass di riferimento. Il lavoro è stato svolto con totale imperizia. Nel rimuovere la precedente guarnizione, hanno graffiato la lamiera del tetto per ca 30cm. Visto che l'automobile è bianca, hanno cercato di nascondere il danno usando un "bianchetto" scolastico.
Ho riscontrato un ulteriore lieve graffio anche sul montante destro.
La colla di sigillatura è stata applicata male, con evidenti sbavature che fuoriescono dai coprimontanti all'interno dell'abitacolo.
Ed infine, si percepisce pure, un fastidioso scricchiolio proveniente dal punto di congiunzione tra il coprimontante dx e la plancia.
Mi permetto cosi di consigliare a chi mi legge, la valutazione di far svolgere il lavoro ad altri, indipendentemente dai discorsi di convenzioni e di franchigia.
I am an over-sixty year old car enthusiast who has always been demanding enough towards the prestigious vehicles that I fortunately had the opportunity to own. Being a UnipolSai customer, due to a stone, I had to replace the windshield of my A45 AMG at the relevant UnipolGlass. The work was done with total inexperience. When removing the previous gasket, they scratched the roof sheet for about 30cm. Since the car is white, they tried to hide the damage using a school "white-out".
I also found a further slight scratch on the right pillar.
The sealing glue was applied incorrectly, with obvious smudges protruding from the pillar covers inside the passenger compartment.
And finally, there is also an annoying creak coming from the junction point between the right upright cover and the dashboard.
So I take the liberty of advising those who read to me, the evaluation of having others do the work, regardless of the speeches of conventions and franchises.
