★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho svolto tramite questa Associazione una conciliazione con TIM, che non si è risolta come meglio credevo, ma, grazie alla Sig.ra Eleonora che mi ha seguito dall’inizio alla fine dell’iter, sono comunque riuscito ad ottenere qualcosa. Ho trovato in quest’ultima una persona disponibile, cortese e sempre pronta a spiegare le varie fasi da seguire in modo semplice e dettagliato.
Through this Association I carried out a conciliation with TIM, which was not resolved as I thought best, but, thanks to Mrs. Eleonora who followed me from the beginning to the end of the process, I still managed to achieve something. I found in the latter a person available, courteous and always ready to explain the various steps to follow in a simple and detailed way.

Giordano che mi ha seguito con una grande professionalità e gentilezza. Sono rimasta molto sopresa specialmente della velocità e della precisione. Ho rivolto di nuovo a Udicon recentemento per un'altra questione delle bollette di elettricità e Dr. Giordano ha risolto anche questo problema in un modo molto efficace e veloce. Le mando i miei ringraziamenti più sentiti e Le auguro tante cose migliori. Consiglio a tuttti Udicon per qualsiasi problema che riguarda i diritti dei consumatori.
I discovered the Udicon for the first time due to a problem of passing telephony service between TIm and FASTWEB. Looking for professional help on the internet I found the UDICON Association and for great luck I met Avv. Giordano who followed me with great professionalism and kindness. I was very surprised especially with the speed and accuracy. I turned back to Udicon recently for another electricity bill issue and Dr. Giordano solved this problem in a very effective and fast way as well. I send you my heartfelt thanks and I wish you many better things. I recommend Udicon to all for any problem regarding consumer rights.
