Personale poco professionale, impreciso e non in grado di risolvere i problemi se non ipotizzando varie problematiche per la cui soluzione viene richiesto altro impegno economico. Ho posato i serramenti 6 annifa,chiamo a settembre perchè ho bisogno di un intervento per sostituire una maniglia,accampano scuse di ogni genere per poi consegnarmi la maniglia solo 4 mesi dopo. Alla sostituzione della maniglia dovrò provvedere io visto che a loro non interessa e non conviene "uscire" per una misera maniglia. Complimenti per la poca serietà. In merito alla vostra risposta: Nessuno ha mai chiesto un intervento gratuito,ci mancherebbe dopo 6 anni dalla posa. Mentite sapendo di mentire quando dichiarate che io pretendevo l'intervento gratuito. La maniglia l'ha sostituita un professionista che ho pagato (come del resto avrei pagato voi) e non ha avuto alcun problema con le 3 viti,grazie. Embarrassing after sales service. Il prezzo era stato conveniente ma come sempre se si vuole una buona qualità bisogna pagarla. Pur avendo i muri abbastanza storti, sono riusciti nell'impresa di posare le finestre facendo sembrare l'angolo diritto. I vetri sembrano insonorizzati, ma penso che sia perchè loro gli incollano sull'anta, e finalmente non sento più il tram sotto casa quando passa.La consiglierei a tutti per la serietà e il rapporto qualità/prezzo, e udite udite , mi hanno anche regalato un coupon vacanze di una settimana in un villaggio a mia scelta in Italia.
