Ho dovuto rincorrere per settimane il venditore Giacomo per avere solamente un preventivo. Dopo mille scuse neanche rispondeva più al telefono. Ho dovuto chiamare con un terzo numero e mi è stato risposto che avevano appalti a cui pensare. Pessimo rapporto con clienti privati.
We had a great time. If you have to make a "small" purchase you will not even be taken into consideration. I had to chase the seller Giacomo for weeks to get just a quote. After a thousand apologies he didn't even answer the phone anymore. I had to call with a third number and was told they had contracts to think about. Bad relationship with private customers.
