TI CHIUDONO IN FACCIA IL TELEFONO SE HAI CHIAMATO PIÙ DI 2 VOLTE!!!!! servizio staff clienti DA DIMENTICARE! , un incubo, veramente PRIMA e ULTIMA volta con UNIEURO! Clienti oltre a me in negozio 3 e 3 personale una delle quali dopo che ha finito di servire il cliente è sparita nel retro bottega. Sicuramente sarà start un caso, ma è da migliorare il rapporto staff servizio a clienti I don't know if under staff, but when I went to this store to buy sockets, I waited more than 10 minutes before someone made me cash. Circa 20 gg fa mi si è rotta l'asciugatrice aquistata da loro ,chiamo per farla riparare e loro me la portano a riparare nel loro store ( FAE UNIEURO FIDENZA)dopo qualche gg mi richiamano dicendomi ma soprattutto GARANTENDOMI che la spesa per aggiustarla era circa 400euro e quindi non conveniva.Dandogli fiducia in quanto cliente da sempre ne acquisto una nuova(600euro) sempre da loro.Porto a casa l'asciugatrice nuova e quella" rotta".Chiamo un amico per portare in discarica la vecchia asciugatrice e lui mi dice aspetta proviamo a vedere cosa ha di veramente rotto e cosi ha provato a cambiare un pezzo(foto allegata) dal costo di 80 euro e lasciugatrice si è rimessa andare come nuova .Torno in negozio spiegandogli e mostrandogli (con tanto di scontrino)che è stata una loro incompetenza e che per errore loro mi sono dovuta sobbarcare una spesa di 600 euro anzichè 80,chiedendo di riprendere indietro la loro nuova e restituendomi i miei soldi,o di farmi un buono per un acquisto futuro VISTO CHE L'ERRORE E' STATO LORO .La loro risposta è stata E' SUCCESSO UN MIRACOLO !QUI NON FUNZIONAVA! E CHE NON POSSONO FARCI NIENTE MA SOPRATTUTTO CHE E' UN PROBLEMA MIO! About 20 days ago the dryer I bought from them broke, I call to have it repaired and they bring it to me for repair in their store (FAE UNIEURO FIDENZA) after a few days they call me back telling me but above all GUARANTEEING that the cost to fix it was about 400euro and therefore not convenient. By trusting him as a customer I always buy a new one (600euro) always from them. I take home the new dryer and the "broken" one. I call a friend to take the old dryer to the landfill and he me he says wait let's try to see what's really broken and so he tried to change a piece (photo attached) costing 80 euros and the dryer was as good as new.I go back to the shop explaining and showing him (with a receipt) that it is it was their incompetence and that by mistake they had to pay 600 euros instead of 80, asking to take back their new one and give me my money back, or to get me a voucher for a future purchase VIST OR THAT THE ERROR WAS THEM. Their answer was A MIRACLE HAPPENED! IT WON'T WORK HERE! AND THAT THEY CANNOT DO NOTHING BUT ABOVE ALL THAT IT'S MY PROBLEM! THE TRUE MIRACLE IS THAT STILL WORKS OF PEOPLE SO DISONEST Silvia
