Quando e' e' stata sostituita era priva di cartuccia. Si sono rifiutati di reintegrarla con varie scuse . Volevano venderla al prezzo pieno orig. HP. COMMESSI POCO DISPONIBILI VERSO CLIENTE. Bought new HP printer was found to be non-working. I returned it but I left the cartridge intact inside. When it was replaced it was without a cartridge. They refused to reinstate her with various excuses. They wanted to sell it at full orig. HP. ORDERS LITTLE AVAILABLE TO THE CUSTOMER.

Disperata perché la nuova doveva entrare nel vano di un armadietto da bagno, temevo sarebbe stata una missione impossibile. Online mi davano la consegna dopo un mese e non avrebbero portato via la vecchia. Dopo dieci giorni di ricerche sono andata a Cairo per una vista medica e sono passata qui per vedere cosa ci fosse in pronta consegna, senza grandi speranze. Personale gentile, nonostante il mio umore bipolare sono riusciti a sopportarmi, anche nei miei continui cambi di idea? Finalmente una gioia, trovata la mia nuova lavatrice. Consegna a casa in meno di una settimana, un po' di sconto, tecnici gentili anche se stanchissimi a ultra-fine giornata. My washing machine I bought eight years ago literally went up in smoke.
