L	Luciano Vacca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io ho avuto una brutta esperienza, sono andato per una ricaricabile e mi sono lasciato consigliare da lui che mi ha proposto una Sim H3 da 5 euro ogni 4 settimane. Gli ho chiesto se nella mia zona di Altare c'era una buona copertura. Mi ha risposto assolutamente sì perché H3 si appoggia sulla TIM e quindi nessun problema, io ho accettato la sua proposta fidandomi delle sue parole ma purtroppo H3 ad Altare in molte zone non ha copertura. Quindi dopo nemmeno un mese cambio gestore e passo a Tim. Ieri mi è arrivata una fattura da oltre 50 euro da H3 per via del recesso anticipato ( 30 mesi ), di cui io non sapevo nulla perché non mi era stato detto altrimenti non avrei accettaro la proposta. Con nessun gestore ho mai avuto questo tipo di problema, se non sono in grado di offrire un servizio, non vedo perché devo restare con la loro compagnia e pagare un servizio che non posso usufruire. Mi sembra di essere stato truffato. Per finire sconsiglio a tutti di trattare qualsiasi contratto con questo negozio. He answered absolutely yes because H3 relies on TIM and therefore no problem, I accepted his proposal trusting his words but unfortunately H3 in Altare in many areas has no coverage. So after less than a month I change the manager and I switch to Tim. Yesterday I received an invoice of over 50 euros from H3 due to the early withdrawal (30 months), of which I knew nothing because I had not been told otherwise I would not have accepted the proposal. With no manager I have ever had this type of problem, if I am unable to offer a service, I do not see why I have to stay with their company and pay for a service that I cannot use. I seem to have been cheated. Finally, I do not recommend everyone to negotiate any contract with this shop.
