Dopo circa 20 minuti di attesa ricevo una cordiale ed utile consulenza di circa 5 minuti compresa di controllo in magazzino con esito negativo causa non disponibilità del prodotto. Un po' spaesato, dato che il prodotto adatto alle mie esigenze non era disponibile, o meglio l'unico disponibile era cona confezione già aperta), decido per circa 15 minuti su che prodotto fare affidamento. dopo circa un ora totale mi dirigo in cassa. seduto in macchina guardo lo scontrino e leggo "consulenza 10 minuti" 10 euro. non tornerò mai più da Unieuro. finale a sorpresa. grazie dell'attenzione.

At home, unboxing the screen gave me an unpleasant surprise: no HDMI cable at all! I went back to the shop couple hours later, wait 15 minutes for someone to assist me. After checking and double checking, they gave me a cable from another screen and admitted it was their mistake: sure it is! Avoid this place if you can, terrible customer care.
