Rispondono al telefono per finta e attaccano hanno timore di lavorare troppo probabilmente...ma non c'è un responsabile che controlla e mette a casa la gente disonesta come fanno a fidarsi e metterli a lavorare hon il pubblico! Non è grandissimo ma ha un assortimento favoloso. Il direttore è una persona a modo. Consigliatissimo A few years ago I bought an LG television, as soon as I need something that I can't find on the site I go there and find it. It's not huge but it has a fabulous assortment. The manager is a nice person. Highly recommended

Il telefono ha iniziato a darmi problemi con la cassa quattordici giorni fa, mi sono recato da unieuro dove avevo acquistato il telefono per spiegare la problematica e mi era stato detto che senza nessun problema dovevo recarmi di nuovo lì con il telefono e lo scontrino alla mano e che ci avrebbero messo venti giorni per aggiustarlo. La settimana dopo mi sono quindi recato con il telefono e lo scontrino alla mano e riparlando con un altro operatore mi sento rispondere che per loro disguidi con il centro samsung,a torre del greco, non potevano fornirmi assistenza e che dovevo andare io di presenza al centro samsung di Napoli. Alla fine mi sono recato di mia iniziativa al centro samsung di torre del greco e l'operatore,gentilissimo, mi ha fornito tutta l'assistenza di cui avevo bisogno in cinque giorni. Ora io mi chiedo, a cosa serve garantire un servizio che poi alla fine non c'è? Ed era soltanto un telefono..e se fosse stata una lavatrice che fa me la caricavo e la portavo pure al centro samsung di torre?...ps sono senza automobile e dovrei pure prendere la circumvesuviana..ho detto tutto. I bought a samsung A71 phone in July 2020 with a 2 year warranty. The phone started giving me problems with the cashier fourteen days ago, I went to a unieuro where I had bought the phone to explain the problem and I was told that without any problem I had to go there again with the phone and the receipt in hand and that it would take twenty days to fix it. The following week I then went with the phone and the receipt in hand and talking to another operator I hear the answer that for them there was a misunderstanding with the samsung center, in torre del greco, they could not provide me with assistance and that I had to go to the samsung center of Naples. In the end I went on my own initiative to the Samsung center in Torre del Greco and the operator, very kind, provided me with all the assistance I needed in five days. Now I ask myself, what is the use of guaranteeing a service that is not there in the end? And it was just a phone .. and if it was a washing machine that makes me load it and even take it to the samsung center of torre? ... ps I'm without a car and I should also take the circumvesuviana .. I said it all.
