In pratica si era spento perché avevo dimenticato di metterlo in carica e il mio caricatore non caricava più il Mac. Loro mi hanno detto che bisognava sostituire la batteria con relativo costo. Ma non mi sono sembrati sinceri. Dunque mi sono recato a un Apple Store, dove hanno provato a mettere in carica il pc e si è scoperto che il problema era il caricabatterie.
Esperienza negativa.
Aggiornamento alla vostra risposta: il computer é ora acceso come mostro in foto, il fatto che il pc sarebbe stato aperto e cambiata la batteria dal mio punto di vista é qualcosa di importante, non una cosa da prendere sotto gamba. Capisco le vostre parole e l'onestà delle stesse, ma il servizio che ho ricevuto rimane molto scarso. Ho comunque rivisto il tono della recensione.

So I went to an Apple Store, where they tried to charge the pc and it turned out that the problem was the charger.
Bad experience.
Update to your answer: the computer is now on as shown in the picture, the fact that the pc would have been opened and the battery changed from my point of view is something important, not something to be taken lightly. I understand your words and their honesty, but the service I have received remains very poor. However, I have revised the tone of the review.

X ki ha avuto il piacere di conoscerlo può solo confermare!!! Anche la fidanzata, sempre gentile e garbata in accoglienza è preparatissima. Insieme un connubio perfetto!!
Nel suo settore è unico!! Io personalmente lavoro fuori e quando mi capita che devo aggiustare qualcosa aspetto di rientrare verso casa per poter far riparare il tutto. Non è per nulla caro, anzi se può farti delle attenzioni le fa senza problemi. Molto onesto!! Cosa aggiungere...
Si spera di non aver bisogno perché con la tecnologia guasta oggi non si riesce neanche a scendere di casa, ma se sfortunatamente vi si rompe il cellulare, la TV o la play station o la wi...o il vostro PC o portatile, o anche un telecomando, nonché telecamere...xké ne ho avute alcune guaste che mi ha ben riparato ...correte da Gianluca!! È una garanzia!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire 5 stelle a mio parere sono poche... partendo dalla ragazza al banco gentile educata e soprattuto fa rispettare le regole anti COVID che in questo periodo sono molto importanti.
Negozio facilmente raggiungibile sia in auto che a piedi.
I ragazzi all interno conoscono molto bene il loro lavoro sono qualificati come infatti ho avuto un problema con il mio IPhone 11 Pro max dopo averlo portato in vari centri tra qui quello Apple tutti mi dicevano che era da buttare ma in due giorni loro lo hanno riparato. Sono ragazzi FENOMENALI, credo che pochi siano come loro.
