Ti dicono che ti richiamano loro, non lo fanno e non rispondono al telefono. Però sono gentili Bad They have no flyer on display or to give to customers. Mi hanno ridato lo stesso modem ... loro si pensano di avermi prenso in giro ma non penso, non sono stupido . Spero che lo leggano tutti non meritano clientela. ... Forse fai finta di non capire ........mi hai dato sempre lo stesso modem ......che se vero che me lo hai cambiato il numero seriale doveva essere diverso ....ti pensi che sono stupido ..... !!!!! Stai tranquillo che capiranno anche altri clienti.......E non voglio aggiungere altro ........Non ho mai preteso di essere servito nel modo migliore anche perché non lo avete fatto visto che ribadisco, avendo telefonato in tim e loro stessi mi hanno detto che mi avreste sostituito il modem invece mi avete fatto aspettare più di un mese senza che nessuno oltretutto mi avvisasse, ma la cosa ridicola è che non mi avete sostituito per NIENTE il modem dandomi di nuovo il medesimo!!!! They gave me back the same modem ... they think they made fun of me but I don't think, I'm not stupid. I hope everyone reads it does not deserve customers. ...
