Tornato a casa controllo lo smartphone mi accorgo che non supportava quello che volevo. Personale non formato, oppure prendono in giro la gente. Non farò più acquisti futuri in questo negozio. Fortemente deluso!!!! I bought a smartphone for which I was looking for certain requirements, I asked the staff if it had these functions, I was told yes! Back home I check the smartphone and I realize that it did not support what I wanted. Untrained staff, or they make fun of people. I will no longer be making future purchases at this shop. Hugely disappointed !!!!

Every time I come to this shop and I need something in the telephony department I always turn to a girl (Chiara) who is extremely kind and helpful ..... I am very satisfied with the service received ....

Sono stato servito dalla ragazza Marilena, molto in gamba e super gentile. Mi è anche capitato di vedere una situazione anomala presentata da un signore davvero scortese nei confronti delle due ragazze in telefonia ma queste sono state davvero brave a gestirlo. Per il resto vi faccio i miei complimenti. Punto vendita assolutamente consigliato. Excellent service. I went to this shop to buy a cellphone and I met competent and trained staff in the cellphone department. I was served by the girl Marilena, very smart and super nice. I also happened to see an anomalous situation presented by a really rude gentleman towards the two girls on the phone but they were really good at handling it. For the rest, I congratulate you. Absolutely recommended point of sale.

Faccio notare che nei monitor all'interno del negozio c'era proprio la pubblicità dll'iPhone 13 con 160 euro di buoni, dopo un attimo di imbarazzo, il cassiere mi dice che ha avuto queste direttive; naturalmente ho restituito il telefono e mi hanno rimborsato i soldi.
