★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mancanza di professionalità, non cura del cliente, mancanza di responsabili all'interno del punto vendita. Attese lunghe pur essendo vuoto il punto vendita. Esperienza negativa non conforme al nome del marchio Unieuro. Da escludere da i prossimi acquisti.
 Lack of professionalism, lack of customer care, lack of managers within the store. Long waits despite the store being empty. Negative experience not compliant with the Unieuro brand name. To be excluded from future purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo punto vendita a causa della scarsa professionalità dello staff, specialmente gli addetti al reparto telefonia. Stamani mi hanno lasciato attendere per più di 10 minuti, mentre la loro unica preoccupazione era quella di sistemare i cellulari esposti. Uno di loro, addirittura, mi è passato davanti a più riprese, intento a passare degli attrezzi al collega. Neanche davanti al direttore si è scusato e ha tentato di rimediare. Peccato, qualche ora dopo avevo già acquistato il nuovo cellulare all'Euronics
